Cílem této práce je popsat veřejnosti jednu z důležitých částí Vězeňské služby a to eskortní službu. Popsat její některé pedagogické, psychologické a sociální aspekty, vymezit obtížné prvky této činnosti a pomocí výzkumného šetření dotazníkovou metodou, za pomocí srovnání se službou dozorčí, tuto teorii potvrdit.
