Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku civilního soudního řízení s nízkou hodnotou sporu. Nejprve je zde vymezeno teoretické pojetí předmětu sporu a role jeho hodnoty v civilním soudním řízení. Dále jsou rozebrána specifika těchto řízení, která jsou obsažena v české právní úpravě. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of civil proceedings with a low-value dispute. Firstly, it defines the theoretical concept of the subject matter of the dispute and the role of its value in civil proceedings. Then the specifics of these proceedings, which are contained in the Czech legisla-tion, are analysed. Also, the issue of determination of low-value dis-putes is discussed there.
