The implementation of the 5S method in the company Otavské strojírny, a.s.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem zavádění metody 5S do společnosti Otavské strojírny, a.s. V teoretické části je vysvětlena koncepce kaizen a principy metody 5S. Praktická část práce popisuje jednotlivé kroky zavádění 5S do firmy. Dále jsou zmíněny některé problémy, které se v průběhu procesu objevily a návrhy toho, jak těmto problémům předejít při další implementaci.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the process of implementation of the 5S method into the company Otavské strojírny, a.s.. In the theoretical part there is a short description of the kaizen philosophy and detailed description of the 5S method.
