Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na mezinárodní právní úpravu kupní smlouvy. Rozebírá obecně řešení soukromoprávnívh vztahů s mezinárodním prvkem, zabývá se metodou přímou a kolizní. V následující části se zaměřuje pouze na Vídeňskou úmluvu, její aplikaci a interpretaci. Dále se v práci zabývám vznikem smlouvy a s ním souvisejícími předpisy. The work focuses on international legal regulation of the purchase contract. Discusses the general solution soukromoprávnívh relations with an international element, deals with method and direct conflict.
