Investment in human capital with a focus on tertiary education in the CR

Abstract:

Tato práce vysvětluje problematiku investic do lidského kapitálu. Práce je zaměřená na vzdělávací systém v ČR, ze kterého je rozpracován hlavně jeho terciární stupeň. Hlavním tématem práce je rozebrat a zhodnotit měnící se počet studentů studujících vysoké školy, jejich uplatnění na trhu práce a v neposlední řadě zhodnotit jejich pohled na dnešní kvalitu studia.

Abstract:

This thesis explains the issue of investments in human capital. The work is focused on the education system in the CR, from which is developed mainly the tertiary level. The main topic of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the changing number of students attending college, their employability and ultimately to assess their perception of the quality of the current study.
