Abstract:

Cíl: Hlavním cílem výzkumné části diplomové práce bylo zachytit subjektivní vnímání vztahu mezi matkou a nezralým novorozencem. Jaký vliv má hospitalizace nezralého novorozence na vztah mezi matkou a dítětem. Zjistit metody, které vztah prohlubují, a identifikovat potřeby matek během hospitalizace. Metodika: Do kvalitativního výzkumu bylo záměrně vybráno 8 matek, kterým se předčasně narodilo dítě. Z toho 4 matky, které byly během hospitalizace umístěné na pokoji se svým dítětem, a 4 matky, které své děti měly umístěné na jednotce intenzivní a resuscitační péče. Sběr dat probíhal pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výpovědi matek byly nahrávány na diktafon, a následně přepsány pomocí přímých citací participantů. Výsledky: Na základě výsledků kvalitativní obsahové analýzy byly identifikovány 4 hlavní kategorie: Těhotenství, porod, péče o dítě a kojení. Na základě výpovědí participantů byly vytvořeny další subkategorie. Závěr: Matky vnímaly vztah se svým dítětem už od těhotenství. Při předčasném porodu se u nich často objevoval strach o zdraví dítěte. První spojení s dítětem zaznamenaly po porodu, při bondingu. Jako hlavní potřebu uvedly být v blízkosti dítěte, starat se o něj, a dávat mu svou péči. Ocenily možnost podílet se na péči o své dítě, kojit, či pro něj dodávat své mateřské mléko. Dále jejich vztah byl utužován pomocí častého kontaktu, kdy si na sebe vzájemné zvykaly. Povzbuzení přicházelo skrze společný čas s dítětem, a dále s každým zlepšením zdravotního stavu dítěte.

Abstract:

Aim: The main aim of the research part of the diploma thesis was to capture the subjective perception of the relationship between mother and premature newborn. What effect does hospitalization of an immature newborn have on the mother-child relationship. Identify methods that deepen the relationship and identify the needs of mothers during hospitalization. Methodology: For qualitative research were deliberately selected eight mothers with a premature baby. Four mothers who were placed in a room with their child during hospitalization and four mothers who had their children placed in the resuscation and intensive care unit. Data collection took place through a semi-structured interview. The mothers statements were recorded on a dictaphone and subsequently transcribed. The obtained data were interpreted using direct citations of participants from the collected statements. Results: Based on the results of qualitative content analysis, four main categories were identified: Pregnancy, childbirth, child care and breastfeeding. Additional subcategories were created based on participants statements. Conclusion: Mothers have seen a relationship with their baby since pregnancy. During premature birth, they often had concerns about the child's health. The first connection with the baby was recorded after the birth, during bonding. The main need was to be close to the child, to take care of him, and to give him care. They appreciated the opportunity to take care of their baby, breastfeed or supply their breast milk for him. Furthermore, their relationship was strengthened by frequent contact, when they got used to each other. The encouragement came through working together with the child, and with each improvement in the child's health.
