Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je aktivace a využití systému First responder v jednotlivých krajích České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsán jak first responder obecně, tak i způsoby, kterými dochází k výcviku, postupy laické první pomoci a stručně popsán Integrovaný záchranný systém. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky rozhovorů s jednotlivými respondenty, ať už s laiky, členy JPO nebo zdravotnickými záchranáři s dlouholetou praxí. Hlavními cíli rozhovorů bylo zjištění zkušeností jednotlivých respondentů s poskytováním první pomoci v rámci systému FR a jejich názor na fungování celého systému a jeho aplikace.

Abstract:

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the activation and usage of First responder sys tem in the Czech republic. The thesis is split into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is defined the system as a whole, but also the ways how first respond ers are trained, the correct methods of first aid and shortly defined the integrated emer gency system. In practical part of thesis are presented the results of interview with first responders, which are lay, professional paramedics or fireman. The mail goals of the in terview were to check their first aid skill level and how that affects their performance in the first responder system and also to check their opinion of the whole system and its ap plication.
