Abstract:

Tato práce popisuje nástroje manažerského účetnictví, jehož hlavním úkolem je zabývat se problematikou podnikových nákladů. Důraz je kladen na vysvětlení pojmu controlling. S tím je spojeno vymezení vztahů mezi dvěma zmíněnými pojmy, tj. controllingem a manažerským účetnictvím. Práce je zaměřena na modernější metody neabsorpčních kalkulací, které jsou bez pochyby zatím veřejnosti méně známé, oproti tradičním kalkulačním metodám. Značná část teoretické části práce je věnována členění nákladů, dle různých kriterií, charakteristik a účelů potencionálního využití. Vhodné členění a následné evidování nákladů považuji za klíčové procesy, které přispívají k optimálnímu řízení nákladů. V praktické části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky na příkladech. Příklady vycházejí z podmínek konkrétního výrobního podniku, jehož odvětví a výrobní procesy jsou specifické. Zpracování práce je ovlivněno a přizpůsobeno těmto specifickým rysům výroby.

Abstract:

This document describes the tools of managerial accounting which main task is to deal with company expenditures issues. The accent is put on explanation of definition called controlling. Determination of relation between both mentioned definitions, e.g. controlling and managerial accounting is in connection. The document is focused on more modern methods of non-absorption calculations which, in comparison with the traditional calculation methods, are not well known to the public yet. The large part of the document devoted to cost classification according to various criteria, characteristics and purpose of potential use. I consider proper classification and subsequent record of expenditures to be the key processes which contribute to optimal cost controlling. In the practical part there are the theoretical findings on examples applied. The examples come from the conditions of particular manufacturing company and its specific branch and production processes. This document is influenced and matched to the specific trends of production.
