Optimalization of algoritm for determination of nucleotide arrangement in DNA
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá přepsáním staré verze algoritmu do nové a vizualizací nástroje Palindrom Analyser, který je součástí aplikace DNA analyser. Tento nástroj je momentálně ve funkčním stavu, avšak jeho zdrojový kód je zastaralý, nejsou otestovány všechny jeho části, použité algoritmy nejsou optimalizované a backend aplikace je úzce vázaný na frontend aplikace.

This bachelor thesis deals with rewriting the new version of the algorithm into a new one and visualization of Palindrom Analyzer, which is a part of DNA analyzer application. This tool is currently in working order, but it‘s source code is outdated, some it’s parts are missing tests, the algorithms used are not optimized and application backend part is tightly coupled with the application frontend …more
