Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza občanské společnosti v České republice a také zhodnocení možností občanské společnosti v rámci veřejné správy. V práci je představen samotný fenomén občanské společnosti a také nejdůležitější funkce, které v rámci státu toto odvětví plní. Rovněž je věnován prostot ke zhodnocení dnešní snah o vytvoření celoevropské občanské společnosti v rámci Evropské unie.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is an analysis of civil society in the Czech Republic and also evaluates the possibility of civil society in public administration. In this work is characterized civil society and the most important functions of this is phenomenon. Also are analyzed efforts to create a European civil society within the European Union.
