Cílem bakalářské práce „Euro jako jednotná měna Evropské měnové unie“ bylo popsat vývoj Evropské měnové unie, eura a analyzovat vývoj kurzu EUR/USD. Tento měnový pár je v této práci sledován od roku 1999 do roku 2009. Je zde zaznamenán význam obou měn, vývoj a následné příčiny tohoto vývoje. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the evolution of the European Monetary Union, euro and provide an analysis of development trends in exchange rate of EUR / USD. This currency pair is studied in this work from 1999 to 2009. The thesis notes the importance of both currencies, the process of development and its causes.
