Tato diplomová práce se zabývá schopností antiseptických látek (chlorhexidin, oktenidin, SHCl, octan stříbrný) indukovat rezistenci v zástupcích běžných patogenů chronických ran. Zástupcem z gram pozitivních bakterií je Staphylococcus aureus a z gram negativních bakterií Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the ability of at antiseptic substances (chlorhexidine, octenidine, SHCl, silver acetate) to induce resistance in the representatives of common pathogens of chronic wounds. The representative observed from gram-positive bacteria is Staphylococcus aureus and from gram-negative bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
