Abstract:
Práce popisuje a zhodnocuje českou právní úpravu individuálního uplatňování majetkových práv autorských k hudebním dílům a srovnává tuto úpravu s úpravou ve vybraných členských státech EU a USA. Práce se nezabývá kolektivní správou práv, která je pro hudební díla specifická, ani právy osobnostními.
Abstract:
The thesis is concerned about individual enforcement of economic rights of authors of musical works in the Cezch Republic and compares the enactment in selected Member States of EU and USA.
