This thesis deals with domestic violence in the Czech Republic since 2003. In its theoretical part the thesis clarifies the basic legislative concepts of domestic violence. The integral part of the work discusses the legislative definition of the legal system in the Czech Republic, including the non-profit organizations providing assistance to victims of domestic violence, and their social marketing …more
