Využití odpadního materiálu při výrobě vína

Use of waste material in wine production
Abstract:
Předkládaná práce se věnuje problematice využití odpadních produktů vzniklých při výrobě vína. Tohoto materiálu vzniká obrovské množství. Často je samotnými vinaři tento odpad likvidován v rozporu se současnou legislativou, která klade důraz na další využití již vzniklého odpadu. Tato práce předkládá přehled několik málo možných způsobu využití.
Abstract:
The presented work deals with the issue of the use of waste products resulting from wine production. There is a huge amount of this material. Often the winemakers themselves dispose of this waste in contravention of the current legislation, which emphasizes the further use of the already generated waste. This work gives an overview of a few possible ways of use.
