Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Hudba na kůrech chrámů v Třebíči v kontextu hudebního života města“ pojednává o kulturním životě a hudebním dění v moravském městě horáckého regionu, Třebíči. Práce nastiňuje historický vývoj města. V jednotlivých kapitolách seznamuje s místními sakrálními památkami a věnuje se historii a současnému stavu varhanních nástrojů v třebíčských chrámech. Podává souhrnnou zprávu o podmínkách pro provozování chrámové hudby. Zároveň se zajímá i o ostatní kulturní dění ve městě a představuje Třebíč jako aktivní město se silnou hudební tradicí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Music on the choirs of Trebic within the context of musical life in the city" describes cultural life and musical events in the Moravian town of Trebic, Vysocina. It outlines the historical development of the city. Local sacral monuments are introduced in individual chapters with attention given particularly to a brief history and the current state of pipe organs in the churches of Třebíč. The thesis is a comprehensive report on the conditions in which sacral music is practised. Additionally, it considers other musical and cultural events in the city and introduces Třebíč as a culturally active city with a strong musical tradition.
