Tato diplomová práce si dala za úkol pokrýt právní úpravu zdanění tabáku, a to zejména se zaměřením na problematiku surového tabáku a zahřívaného tabáku. V obou případech se jedná o novou právní úpravu, kterou si vyžádalo uvedení nových výrobků na trh a chováním spotřebitelů v případě surového tabáku. This diploma thesis aims to cover the legal regulation of tobacco taxation, especially focusing on the issue of raw tobacco and heated tobacco. In both cases, this is new legislation required by the launch of new products and consumer behavior in the case of raw tobacco.
