Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vztah mezi otevřeností ekonomik a dynamikou trhů práce. Dynamika trhů práce je zachycena z pohledu citlivosti nezaměstnanosti na ekonomický růst. První část je zaměřena na rešerši literatury. Další část se zaměřuje na představení použitých dat a metod. V poslední části jsou vyhodnoceny modelové odhady napříč třemi desetiletími. This bachelor thesis examines the relationship between economic openness and labour market dynamics.
