Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu rizik a příležitostí ve vybraných střediscích Charity Kutná Hora. This thesis focuses on the analysis of risks and opportunities in selected charity centers in Kutná Hora. The goal of the work is to identify key risks that may affect the activity of these centers, and at the same time to identify opportunities that could lead to their development and strengthening.
