Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem "Klientka z odlišné minoritní skupiny v českém zdravotnickém zařízení" je rozdělena na část teoretickou a průzkumnou. V první části teoretické práce je věnována pozornost kulturně diferencované péči se zaměřením na transkulturní a multikulturní přístup v ošetřovatelství, interkulturní komunikaci a organizace transkulturní péče. Druhá část teoretické práce se zaměřuje na osobnosti transkulturního ošetřovatelství a třetí část popisuje minoritní skupiny v České republice se zaměřením na romské obyvatelstvo. V průzkumné části diplomové práce je popsáno vyhodnocení výsledků sběru dat a doporučení pro praxi. Průzkumná část diplomové práce probíhala metodou kvantitativního šetření. Data byla získávána od vybraných respondentů romské minority pomocí dotazníku vlastní konstrukce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis entitled "A client from a different minority group in the Czech health care facility" is divided into a theoretical and exploratory part. In the first section of the theoretical part, attention is paid to culturally differentiated care with a focus on transcultural and multicultural approach in nursing, intercultural communication and transcultural care organization. The second section of the theoretical part focuses on the personalities of transcultural nursing and the third section describes the minority groups in the Czech Republic with a focus on the Roma population. The exploratory part of the thesis describes the evaluation of the collected data and recommendations for practice. The exploratory part of the thesis was carried out by the method of quantitative investigation. Data were collected from Roma minority respondents using a self constructed questionnaire.
