Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce jsou veřejnoprávní smlouvy na úrovni územních samosprávných celků. První část je zaměřena na veřejnou správu obecně. V dalších částech jsou nastíněny veřejnoprávní smlouvy z pohledu historie a současnosti. Důraz je hlavně kladen na jejich obecnou úpravu obsaženou ve správním řádu a dále ve zvláštních zákonech. The topic of this bachelor thesis is the public law contracts at the level of territorial self-government. The first part focuses on a public administration in general.
