New construction of a family house with a green roof

Abstract:

Závěrečná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis a problematiku vegetačních střech v praxi. Vegetační střechy jsou blíže popsané dle jednotlivých typů a společně s problematikou dnešní doby ohledně životního prostředí jsou popsány jejich výhody a nevýhody. Dále lze v práci najít porovnání vybraných skladeb zelených střech se systémem SIPs s běžně využívanými skladbami střešního pláště pro obytné podkroví na základě tepelně-technických výpočtů součinitele prostupu tepla, teplotního faktoru vnitřního povrchu a šíření vodní páry v konstrukci. V neposlední řadě je jedna ze zkoumaných skladeb zakomponována do projektové dokumentace pro povolení stavby dle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. ve znění pozdějších předpisů, včetně předepsaných příloh dle zadání BP. Projektová dokumentace je v samostatné příloze závěrečné práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the description and issues of vegetation roofs in practice. Vegetation roofs are described in more detail according to individual types and, together with today's environmental issues, their advantages and disadvantages are also mentioned. Furthermore, the thesis can be used to compare selected compositions of green roofs with the SIPs system with commonly used roof cover compositions for residential attics based on thermal engineering calculations of heat transfer coefficient, internal surface temperature factor and water vapor propagation in the structure. Last but not least, one of the examined compositions is incorporated into the project documentation for the building permit according to Decree 499/2006 Coll. as amended, including the prescribed annexes according to the thesis assignment. The project documentation is in a separate appendix to the final thesis.
