Risk Management in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením risk managementu společnosti podnikající v ob-lasti rafinerského průmyslu. Samotná analýza negativně působících hrozeb je dále apliko-vána přímo v jednom z jejích odštěpných závodů. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny a objas-něny pojmy jako riziko, risk management a analýza rizik. Praktická část poté zahrnuje po-znatky přímo z provozu konkrétní čerpací stanice, v níž bylo šetření provedeno. Na základě zjištěných informací byla provedena analýza, jež měla za cíl odhalit rizika, která nejsou v rámci risk managementu této čerpací stanice řádně ošetřena. Jelikož se jako nejvíce ne-bezpečná ukázala rizika spjatá zejména s neodpovídajícím kamerovým zabezpečením, jsou v této práci navržena opatření pro eliminaci rizik, která s tímto rizikovým faktorem souvisí.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the risk management for a company operating in the refinery. The analysis of the negative threats is directly applied in one of its branch. In the theoretical part a risk, risk management and risk analysis are mentioned and explained. The practical part includes knowledge from the operation of the petrol station where the investigation was carried out. Based on the information found, an analysis was carried out to identify risks that are not properly treated in the risk management of the petrol station. As the most unsafe risks have been shown to be associated with inadequate camera security, this thesis proposes measures to eliminate the risks associated with this risk factor.
