Breath and voice as a tool for opening body emotions through vibrations
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Otevírání emocí v těle skrze dech a hlas“ se zabývá teoretickými i praktickými zkušenostmi práce s dechem a hlasem. Opírá se o zkušenosti ze setkání na workshopech a kurzech s Ivanou Vostárkovou, s Feng-yün Song a s Idou Kelarovou. V rámci práce je popsán průběh jednotlivých kurzů, způsob práce každé z lektorek i osobní reflexe na tato setkání.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis "Opening emotions in the body through breathing and voice," deals with theoretical and practical experience of working with breath and voice. It is grounded in the experience of meeting Ivana Vostárková, Feng-yun Song and Ida Kelarová on their workshops and courses.
