Infections due to gram-negative bacteria are considered a significant cause of morbidity and mortality among immunocompromised patients, while the most frequently isolated pathogens represent E. coli, K. pneumoniae and P. aeruginosa. Infekcie spôsobené gramnegatívnymi baktériami sú považované za významnú príčinu morbidity a mortality u imunokompromitovaných pacientov, pričom najčastejšie izolované patogény reprezentujú E. coli, K. pneumoniae a P. aeruginosa.
