Vývoj parlamentu a parlamentarismu u nás od roku 1918

Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je geneze československých a českých zákonodárných orgánů od vzniku samostatného československého státu v roce 1918 (s mírným přesahem do dob Rakouska-Uherska) až do přijetí ústavy prosinci 1992, s platností od 1. ledna 1993 (respektive do roku 1996, kdy proběhly první volby do Senátu ČR).
Abstract:
The subject of the diploma thesis is the genesis of Czechoslovakian and Czech legislative bodies from the establishment of the independent Czechoslovakian state in 1918 (with slight overlap to the times of Austria-Hungaria) up to the adoption of constitution in 1992, with effect from January 1, 1993 (or more precisely, from 1996 when the first CR senate elections took place).
