Abstract:
Cieľom bakalárskej práce je najskôr charakterizovať, definovať a klasifikovať fúzie a akvizície. Podrobnejšie sme sa zamerali aj na procesy fúzií a akvizícií. V práci je opísaný historický vývoj fúzií a akvizícií. Taktiež, sú podrobne rozpísané jednotlivé akvizičné vlny v USA a Európe. V tretej kapitole opisujeme finančné aspekty fúzií a akvizícií.
