Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat audit a jeho metody, které jsou následně aplikovány na vybrané účetní jednotce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje základní charakteristiku včetně právní úpravy a jednotlivé fáze auditu, které auditor vykonává při své činnosti. Upozorňuje na podvody a trestní odpovědnost auditora. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to analyze audit and its methods and to apply this to the selected accounting entity. There are two parts of the thesis. The theoretical part contains basic characteristic including legislation and single steps of auditing process performing by auditor. It warns about frauds and liability of auditor.
