Abstract:
Práce pojednává o vývoji nájemního práva v českých zemích. Kapitoly práce jsou řazeny chronologicky od doby feudalismu až po současnost. První kapitola vychází zejména z právních knih na našem území. Ostatní kapitoly jsou spjaty s občanskými zákoníky účinnými na našem území. Vzhledem k úzkému provázání nájmu a pachtu, práce částečně zachycuje i vývoj pachtovního práva. The thesis deals with the development of rental law in the Czech lands. The chapters of the thesis are chronologically arranged from the feudalism to the present. The first chapter is based mainly on law books in our territory. Other chapters are related to the Civil Code effective in our territory.
