Mathematical and statistical methods for evaluating and predicting the quality of the manufacturing process

Abstract:

Cílem práce „Matematicko-statistické metody pro hodnocení a predikci kvality výrobního procesu “ je na empirických datech vytvořit a diagnostikovat model pro hodnocení a predikci kvality výrobního procesu ve společnosti Siemens, s.r.o., odštěpný závod Elektromotory Frenštát se sídlem ve Frenštátě pod Radhoštěm. V první části jsou představeni autoři, kteří se zabývali řízením jakosti, a jejich použité metody. V druhé části je představena firma a získaný datový soubor, který pochází z mezioperační zkoušky statorů. Třetí část přibližuje metodiku Lean Six Sigma, na základě které je postupováno v této práci. Dále jsou pak aplikovány matematicko-statistické metody z oblasti managementu kvality, data miningu a ekonometrie na získaná data. Na závěr je modelována predikce selhání výrobního procesu pomocí kaskády modelů, které ukazují významnost jednotlivých regresorů.

Abstract:

The aim of thesis „Mathematical-statistic methods for evaluation and prediction of production process quality“ is to create and diagnose a model for prediction a quality of the production proces in SIEMENS company, based on the empirical entries. The first part of the thesis introduces the authors who they dealt with the quality management and the methods they used to. The second part of the thesis presents the SIEMENS company and also a data file that contains the interoperative test of stators. In the third part the thesis explains the methodology Lean Six Sigma which is also a methodology used in this work. This work also includes the aplication of the mathematical-statistical methods of quality management, data mining and econometrics on the gained data. Final of the thesis provides the prediction of the pruduction process falture by a cascade of models that shows the importance of individual regressors.
