Tato práce zkoumá vývoj jazykových schopností u malých dětí, bez předchozí znalosti angličtiny, za používání jazykové aplikace Duolingo. Teoretická část se zabývá vývojem dovedností druhého jazyka a metodami hodnocení. Tyto informace slouží jako kontext pro výzkum. This thesis examines the efficacy of Duolingo, a language-learning app, in enhancing English language proficiency among young children with no prior exposure to English. The theoretical part discusses second language skill development and assessment methodologies, providing context for the research.
