Involuntary public auctions of real estate
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji právní úpravě nedobrovolných veřejných dražeb v režimu zákona č. 26/2000 Sb. o veřejných dražbách. Na základě statistik, legislativního vymezení i názorů odborníků analyzuji faktory ovlivňující množství a průběh nedobrovolných dražeb a zkoumám význam těchto dražeb pro hypoteční trh.
Abstract:
In this thesis I pay attention to law regulation of involuntary auctions under the Public auctions law No. 26/2000 Coll. Based on statistics, legislative determination and expert opinions I analyze factors which influence the amount and course of involuntary auctions and examine the importance of these auctions for the mortgage market.
