The Project of Building the Corporate Culture of Cooperation in the Firm KOMA Modular, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Význam spolupráce spočívá v možnosti dosahování synergického efektu v rámci produktivity, a to jak ve formálních, tak i v neformálních typech skupin. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vytvoření projektu vedoucího ke zlepšení interní komunikace a spolupráce mezi zaměstnanci firmy KOMA Modular, s.r.o. V teoretické části byly na základě obsahové analýzy literatury vymezeny základní pojmy, se kterými téma diplomové práce souvisí. V praktické části byl pomocí rozhovoru se zástupkyní vzdělávacího centra a rozvoje zaměstnanců a taktéž prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zjištěn současný stav spolupráce ve firmě. Z analýz vyplynulo, že spolupráce mezi zaměstnanci má své nedostatky, například v meziútvarové oblasti nebo také v rámci komunikace mezi nadřízeným a podřízeným. V projektové části byly navrženy činnosti se čtyřmi finálními výstupy - vytvořené interní směrnice, vytvořený formulář pro zápis ohlášených stížností, realizovaná manažerská školení a realizovaná dotazníková šetření pracovní spokojenosti. Realizace těchto činností by mohla přispět ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců, zvýšení produktivity práce a taktéž snížení fluktuace ve firmě.

Abstract:

The importance of cooperation lies in the possibility of achieving a synergistic effect in terms of productivity, both in formal and informal types of groups. The aim of this diploma thesis was to create the project which will lead to improvement of internal communication and cooperation between employees in the firm KOMA Modular, s.r.o. In the theoretical part, based on content analysis of the literature, the basic terms related to the theme of the diploma thesis were defined. In the practical part were through the interview with the representative of training center and staff development and also through the questionnaire survey obtained the current level of cooperation in the firm. The analyzes showed that cooperation between employees has its shortcomings, for example in the interdepartmental area or also in the communication between the superior and the subordinate. In the project part were proposed activities with four final outputs - created internal guidelines, created form for registration of reported complaints, implemented management trainings and conducted questionnaire surveys of job satisfaction. Realization of these activities can help increase employee satisfaction, work productivity, and also decrease fluctuation in the firm.
