Sensors for non-contact temperature measurement \nl{}

Abstract:

Teoretická část této bakalářské práce nejprve říká co to pyrometrie je, jaké jsou její výhody a nevýhody a jak se v praxi aplikuje. Dále jsou popsány způsoby snímání infračerveného záření a jeho transformace na elektricky měřitelný signál, čili fyzikální jevy použité v senzorech bezdotykového měření teplot. Poté je popsán optický systém senzorů, požadavky na jeho realizaci a s ním související teplotní rozsah snímačů. V závěru této části je stručný popis vyhodnocovací elektroniky a seznam oblastí s možným využitím těchto senzorů. V praktické části je bezdotykově měřena teplota stabilního infračerveného zářiče v různých vzdálenostech od tohoto měřeného tělesa. Následně jsou provedeny výpočty vyzářené a snímané energie a nakonec je vše vyhodnoceno.

Abstract:

First chapter of teoreticle part says: what is pyrometry, what is their features and what is aplication of pyrometry. Other chapter shows metods of IR radiation sensing and how these sensors of non-contact temperature measurement transformate IR radiation to electrical signal. Afterwards optical system of senzors is described and also it is described realization progress. In the end of theoretical part it is written about circuits of ambient temperature compenzation and there is list of sensors aplications Practical part is focused on non-contact temperature measurement. As the IR radiation source is used steady state IR source. Distance between radiation source and senzor is being changed measurement progress. In the end there are realized calculations of emitted energy by radiation source and calculations of energy that impacted on the sensor. That all is evaulated.
