Abstract:

KUŽNIAROVÁ, Michaela. Finský životní styl SISU a jeho dopad na ubytovací a stravovací služby ve Finsku [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha 2021. Celkový počet stran 57. Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem finského životního stylu a jeho dopadem na ubytovací a stravovací služby ve Finsku. Motivací ke zpracování byl několikaměsíční pobyt autorky bakalářské práce v této zemi v rámci studijního programu Erasmus. Cílem práce je identifikovat odlišnosti v kultuře a životním stylu mezi Českem a Finskem, zaměřit se na finský životní styl „SISU“ v hotelnictví, gastronomii a poskytování ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb. První část práce, je vypracována s využitím metody literární rešerše české a zahraniční odborné literatury v teoretické rovině. Týká se destinace cestovního ruchu, přístupů k vymezení pojmů, ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb. Zahrnuje principy udržitelného rozvoje a jeho základních pilířů a také problematiku životního stylu včetně faktorů, které ho ovlivňují a také od sebe odlišují. Analytická část se zabývá cestovním ruchem ve Finsku v kontextu se zahraničním. Nedílnou součástí je zpracování statistických dat o návštěvnosti zahraničních turistů ve Finsku, kvantitativní a kvalitativní šetření, které autorka v rámci svého studijního pobytu ve Finsku získala a zpracovala. Třetí kapitola obsahuje návrhy na rozšíření možností cestovního ruchu směřujícího do Finska.

KUŽNIAROVÁ, Michaela. The Finnish SISU Lifestyle and Its Impact on Accommodation and Catering Services in Finland [Bachelor´s Dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague 2021. Total number of pages 57. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the Finnish lifestyle and its impact on accommodation and catering services in Finland. The bachelor thesis stayed in this country for several months within the Erasmus study program. The aim of the work is to identify differences in culture and lifestyle between the Czech Republic and Finland, to focus on the Finnish lifestyle "SISU" in the hotel industry, gastronomy and the provision of accommodation and catering services. The first part of the work is developed using the method of literary research of Czech and foreign literature in the theoretical level. It concerns the destination of tourism, approaches to defining concepts, accommodation and catering services. It includes the principles of sustainable development and its basic pillars, as well as lifestyle issues, including the factors that affect it and also distinguish it from each other. The analytical part deals with tourism in Finland in the context of foreign. An integral part is the processing of statistical data on the number of visitors to foreign tourists in Finland, a quantitative and qualitative survey, which the author obtained and processed during her study stay in Finland. The third chapter contains proposals for expanding the possibilities of tourism to Finland.
