Car's fleet financing - operational leasing

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o způsobu financování firemních automobilových flotil prostřednictvím operativního leasingu, který představuje v naší zemi poměrně nový a moderní způsob pořízení vozidel formou plného outsourcingu. Diplomová práce si vzhledem k absenci podrobné literatury dává za cíl operativní leasing detailně popsat, vystihnout jeho zákonitosti fungování (princip, druhy, souvztažnosti), uvést jeho výhody a nevýhody, rozebrat formy kalkulací a podívat se na jeho právní úpravy. V praktické části je finančně porovnáván leasing operativní s leasingem finančním a s přímým nákupem, kde jsou na konkrétním příkladovém podniku názorně ukázány hlavní rozdíly těchto forem financování a to v dopadu na dokumenty účetní uzávěrky, tak na ukazatele ekonomického zdraví podniku. Práce také popisuje účetní a daňové aspekty operativního leasingu vč. konkrétních příkladů. V poslední části práce jsou popsány vývojové tendence operativního leasingu automobilů v České republice

Abstract:

This graduation theses dissertate about the method of company car´s fleet financing through operational leasing, that presents relatively new and modern way of a car´s financing in our country. Is concerned full outsourcing. Regarding to absence of particular literature the graduation theses is intended in detail to describe operational leasing, to represent its functioning patterns (principle, kinds, correlations), to mention its advantages and disavantages, to analyse the forms of the calculations, to look at its law aspects, to present its the most important tax and accounting viewpoints and in the aplication part of the graduation theses to compare operational leasing to financial leasing and to direct purchase, where you can see the main differencies in balance sheet, in profit and loss report, in cash flow report and in the economic indicators. In the last part of the graduation theses is described evaluate development of the cars operational leasing in the Czech Republic.
