Postavení znalce v trestním řízení

The position of an Expert in the Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Práce po krátkém exkurzu do historie znalectví řeší zákonnou úpravu znalce a znalecké činnosti především z pohledu trestního a znaleckého práva, jeho místo v systému účastníků trestního řízení, jakož i vztahy mezi nimi. Hodnotí význam důkazů podaných znalcem, znaleckým ústavem. Zabývá se diskutovanými změnami právních předpisů o znalcích a znalecké činnosti a vyslovuje vlastní názory k nim.
Abstract:
After a brief excursion into the history of connoisseurship, the work focuses on the legal regulation of experts and expert activities primarily from the perspective of criminal and expert law and his role in the system of the participants in criminal proce-edings, as well as the relationships between them.
