The assessment of psychological burden in system operators of rescue services

Abstract:

Cílem studie bylo posouzení psychické zátěže dispečerů zdravotnických záchranných služeb Moravskoslezského kraje prostřednictvím vybraných psychologických metod.Stěžejní hodnotící metodou byl dotazník pracovní zátěže (Human Factors Inventory) zjišťující úroveň pracovního stresu, pracovní nespokojenosti, organizačního stresu a technostresu u posuzované profese. Dalšími metodami byl Abramisův dotazník, který na 4 ? 7 stupňové škále určuje přítomnost stresorů (role nejistoty, vnitřní konflikt, vnější konflikt, depresi, úzkostnost, zlostnost, technickou a sociální výkonnost). Způsoby, kterými se dispečeři vyrovnávají se stresem, se zabýval dotazník COPE a sociální integrace dispečerů byla vyhodnocena Škálou sociální opory PSSS (J.A.Blumenthal). Závěrečnou metodou byl Symptomatologický dotazník pro subjektivně hodnocenou úroveň zdraví našich respondentů.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to assess the psychological burden of dispatcher medical emergency services in Moravian-Silesian Region selected through psychological methods. The main assessment method was a questionnaire workload (Human Factors Inventory) providing the level of work stress, job dissatisfaction, organizational stress and technical stress the assessment profession. Other methods was Abramis a questionnaire designed for 4 - 7 degree range determines the presence stress factors (the part of uncertainty, internal conflict, external conflict, depression, anxiety, choleric, technical and social performance). The means by which the dispatcher coping with stress, dealing with COPE questionnaire and social integration dispatcher was evaluated range of social support PSSS (J.A.Blumenthal). The final method was symptomatological questionary, which subjectively found out individually health state of respondents.
