Soil aggregate stability with different doses of nitrogen fertilizers

Abstract:

V práci je provedeno vyhodnocení vlivu hnojení minerálním dusíkem a rozdílného hospodaření se slámou na stabilitu půdních agregátů na půdním typu fluvizem glejová v lokalitě Žabčice v průběhu let 2018 a 2019. Bylo hodnoceno celkem osm variant pokusu s různou intenzitou hnojení dusíkem na pozemku dlouhodobého maloparcelního polního pokusu s monokulturou ječmene jarního. Hnojené varianty 30, 60, 90 kgN∙ha-1 byly porovnávány s kontrolou bez hnojení dusíkem. U poloviny variant byla sláma sklizena, u ostatních zaorána. Odběr vzorků byl proveden v jarních a letních termínech (celkem čtyři). Testování odebraných vzorků probíhalo metodou mokrého prosévání a výsledky byly statisticky vyhodnoceny pomocí analýzy variance a graficky znázorněny metodou konfidenčních intervalů.Stabilita agregátů se zvyšovala s vyšší dávkou dusíku. U varianty s nejvyšší dávkou dusíku (90 kg∙ha-1) a sklizenou slámou bylo zvýšení stability statisticky průkazné. Byl také stanoven koeficient strukturnosti půdních vzorků, u něhož však nebyl zaznamenán průkazný vliv hnojením dusíkem.

Abstract:

The evaluation of the influence of mineral nitrogen fertilization and straw management on soil aggregate stability with Gleyic Fluvisol soil type on the site Žabčice over the years 2018 and 2019 is performed in this thesis. Over eight variations were set up with diferent nitrogen fertilization intensity on a long term small plot field with a monoculture of spring barley. Fertilized variants 30, 60, 90 kgN∙ha-1 were compared with control variant without N fertilization. In half of these variants, the straw was harvested and the other half it was incorporated. The sampling was performed in spring and summer terms (four in total). The analysis of the samples was performed by the method of a wet sieving and results were statistically evaluated by analysis of variance and graphically illustrated by the method of confidential intervals.The aggregate stability increased with the increasing dose of nitrogen. The variant with the highest dose N (90 kg∙ha-1) and harvested straw, the increase of aggregate stability was statistically significant. A structural coefficient was also determined by but the influence of nitrogen fertilization was not regarded as a significant.
