Aplikace fotoodstupitelných skupin pro click reakce
Application of photoremovable groups for click reactions
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce byla syntéza a studium fotochemických a fyzikálních vlastností kyseliny fenylpropiolové a její derivátů ochráněných fotoodstupitelnými chránicími skupinami a to konkrétně BODIPY a kumariny. Během práce byly navrženy a testovány reakční podmínky pro syntézu jednotlivých derivátů kyseliny fenylpropiolové a také pro aplikaci fotoodstupitelných chránicích skupin. Pomocí spektroskopických …moreAbstract:
The main aim of this diploma thesis was to synthesize and study photochemical and physical properties of phenylpropiolic acid and its derivatives protected by photoremovable protecting groups – BODIPY and coumarins. The reaction conditions for syntheses of phenylpropiolic acid derivatives and their protected forms were proposed and tested within this work. The spectroscopic methods and HPLC analyses …moreKeywords
