Key success factors of engineering enterprise

Abstract:

CHUDÁ, B. Klíčové faktory úspěchu strojírenského podniku. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2019.Diplomová práce se zabývá klíčovými faktory úspěchu strojírenských podniků, které determinují jejich úspěch. Značná část práce je věnována identifikaci a charakterizování klíčových faktorů úspěchu ve strojírenském průmyslu a definování úspěšného podniku. Tomuto vymezení předchází obsáhlá studie nejnovějších poznatků a vědeckých prací, a to jak českých, tak především těch zahraničních. Také je realizováno vlastní kvantitativní šetření s odborníky a úspěšnými strojírenskými podniky. Provedena je také case study, prostřednictvím které jsou identifikovány klíčové faktory úspěchu v podmínkách vybraného podniku a zobecněny pro odvětví strojírenského podniku. Zjištěné poznatky jsou implementovány do procesu návrhu a tvorby obchodní strategie vybraného strojírenského podniku vedoucí ke zlepšení současné tržní pozice a k podpoře dalšího úspěšného rozvoje tohoto podniku.

Brno: Mendel University, 2019.Diploma thesis deals with the key success factors of engineering enterprises which determine their success. The significant part of the thesis is focused on the identification and characterization of key success factors of engineering enterprises and the definition of the successful enterprise. In order to specify the key success factors an extensive study of the domestic and especially foreign latest knowledge and scientific papers was performed and also an own quantitative survey with experts and successful engineering enterprises was conducted. A case study was also carried out to identify the key success factors in the conditions of the selected enterprise and to generalize for the engineering industry and enterprise. The findings were implemented in the process of designing and developing the business strategy of the selected engineering enterprise leading to the improvement of the current market position and the further successful development of this enterprise.
