Use of Engineering Technologies Associated with Production and Quality Control of Pressure Vessels in Expert Activities in Forensic Sciences

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím strojírenských technologií spojených s výrobou a kontrolou kvality jednoduchých tlakových nádob pro potřeby expertní činnosti v kriminalistice a forenzních vědách. V teoretické části jsou popsány kriminalistické metody z oblasti mechanoskopie se zaměřením na defektoskopické zkoušky a zkoušky mechanických vlastností v oblasti materiálů používaných pro výrobu tlakových nádob. V praktické části je provedeno šetření ve strojírenské firmě XXX střední velikosti zabývající se výrobou jednoduchých tlakových nádob. Na základě vlastního šetření se zaměřením na dodržování norem, technologických postupů, výkresové dokumentace a požadavků, které jsou spojené s prováděním předepsaných zkoušek, průběhem kontrol měřidel, samotným měřením a výrobou těchto jednoduchých tlakových nádob. Získané poznatky najdou využití v oblastech expertních činností pro potřeby kriminalistiky a forenzních věd při haváriích, požárech tlakových nádob.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the use of engineering technologies associated with the production and quality control of simple pressure vessels for the needs of expert activities in forensic science and forensics. The theoretical part describes the criminalistic methods from the field of mechanoscopy with the focus on defectoscopic tests and tests of mechanical properties in the area of materials used for the production of pressure vessels. In the practical part is carried out investigation in the engineering company XXX medium size engaged in the production of simple pressure vessels. Based on his / her own research, focusing on compliance with standards, technological procedures, drawing documentation and requirements related to the performance of prescribed tests, the course of measuring instruments, the actual measurement and production of these simple pressure vessels. The acquired knowledge will be used in areas of expert activities for the needs of criminology and forensic sciences in accidents, fires of pressure vessels.
