Elaboration of business plan for enterprising growth

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru pro založení a rozvoj nového podniku. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány vhodné metody, plány a analýzy, které jsou používány k seskupení požadovaných informací, před začátkem podnikatelské činnosti. Je zde také definován plánovací proces, stanovení cílů a náhled do oboru včelařství. V praktické části práce je sestavena struktura plánu pro založení kamenné prodejny se včelařskými potřebami a produkty jménem MEDROB. Je zde použito vnější a vnitřní analýzy, pro poznání odvětví, konkurence a interních potřeb podniku. Závěr práce je pak doplněn finanční analýzou s predikcí vývoje do dalších let a vyvozením závěrů ze zjištěných informací.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the processing of business plan for establishing and developing a new company. In the theoretical part are characterized suitable methods, plans and analyzes, which are used to group the required information before starting business. There is also defined the planning process, setting goals and insight into the field of beekeeping. In the practical part of the thesis, the structure of the plan for establishing a stone shop with beekeeping supplies and products named MEDROB is compiled. There is used external and internal analysis, to understand the industry, competition and internal needs of the company. The conclusion of the thesis is supplemented by a financial analysis with a prediction of future development and drawing conclusions from the information obtained.
