Abstract:

V práci je řešen výzkum vlivu pohybů robotických zařízení na pracovní prostředí s ohledem na hluk a vibrace, konkrétně pro šestiosé kolaborativní robotické rameno UR10. V práci je stručně popsána konstrukce a provoz robotických zařízení, včetně kinematiky, stavebních a funkčních prvků robotických zařízení. Dále je zde stručně popsána teorie hluku a vibrací, která jsou klíčová pro sestavení vlastní metodiky měření těchto fyzikálních veličin. Pro zjištění šíření vibrací prostřednictvím konstrukce robotického ramene je zde věnována i kapitola o materiálovém zhodnocení, kde je popsán materiál, z kterého jsou hlavní nosné konstrukce robotického ramene vyrobeny. Na základě všech teoretických znalostí získaných v první části disertační práce byla navržena metodika měření hluku a vibrací, konkrétně zrychlení na robotickém rameni. V rámci metodiky měření bylo navrženo pět pozic, při kterých se provedla experimentální měření. Kromě pozic pohybů robotického ramene byly navrženy i procentuální dílčí rychlosti z maximálních rychlostí jednotlivých kloubů robotického ramene a i navrženy hmotnosti, kterými bylo robotické rameno zatěžováno. Navržená metodika měření hluku a vibrací byla ověřena pilotním experimentem a poté bylo provedeno celkové experimentální měření. Výsledkem naměřených hodnot bylo získání závislostí průběhu zrychlení v závislosti na čase a grafy spektrálních analýz. Z grafů průběhů zrychlení byly určeny maximální hodnoty zrychlení a z grafů průběhů spektrálních analýz dominantní frekvence. Dominantní frekvence byly porovnány s vlastními frekvencemi získanými numerickou metodou. V závěru práce je celkové shrnutí vyhodnocených dat získaných experimentálním měřením.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the research of the influence of robotic device movements on the working environment with regard to noise and vibration, specifically for the six-axis collaborative robotic arm UR10. The thesis briefly describes the design and operation of robotic equipment, including kinematics, construction and functional elements of robotic equipment. Furthermore, the theory of noise and vibration is briefly described, which are key to compiling the actual methodology of measuring these physical quantities. To determine the propagation of vibrations through the construction of the robotic arm, there is also a chapter on material evaluation, where the material from which the main supporting structures of the robotic arm are made is described. Based on all the theoretical knowledge gained in the first part of the dissertation, a methodology for measuring noise and vibration, specifically acceleration, on a robotic arm was proposed. Within the measurement methodology, five positions were proposed at which experimental measurements were carried out. In addition to the positions of the robotic arm movements, the percentage partial speeds of the maximum speeds of the individual joints of the robotic arm were also designed, as well as the weights with which the robotic arm was loaded. The proposed methodology of noise and vibration measurement was verified by a pilot experiment and then a complete experimental measurement was carried out. The result of the measured values was the acquisition of time-dependent acceleration patterns and spectral analysis graphs. The maximum values of acceleration were determined from the graphs of acceleration waveforms and the dominant frequency from the graphs of spectral analyses. The dominant frequencies were compared with eigenfrequencies obtained by the numerical method. At the end of the thesis is an overall summary of the evaluated data obtained by experimental measurement.
