Cílem této práce byl jednak podíl na optimalizaci monitorování výskytu raně aktivovaných prekurzorů dendritických buněk (DB) a jejich podtypů v periferní krvi zdravých dárců a pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem (MM). Dále studium kinetiky zastoupení DB u pacientů v průběhu léčby, s vyhodnocením nejvhodnějšího časového období pro možnou izolaci DB u pacientů. Abstract:
The goal of this work was an optimalisation of monitoring of early maturing precursors of dendritic cells (DCs) and their subsets in peripheral blood of healthy donors and multiple myeloma (MM) patients. Kinetics of DCs was also studied during the treatment and the optimal time-point for isolation of DCs was evaluated. Analysis of T, B and NK cells was done during the treatment.
