Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem polyfunkční budovy, která bude sloužit jako obchod, kanceláře a bytové jednotky. Objekt je řešen jako nízkoenergetický. Na střešní konstrukci a na jeho fasádě jsou navržené prvky zeleně. Vegetační prvky mají dobrý vliv jak na samotnou polyfunkční budovu, tak na její estetickou stránku. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the polyfunctional building project which will serve as a shop, offices and housing units. It is designed as a low-energy project with green vegetation on the facade and the roof structure. The vegetative elements effect positively both the polyfunctional building and its aesthetic.
