Transformations of marionette forms - Kašpárek

Abstract:

Práce se zbývá postavou Kašpárka v českém loutkovém divadle a to především v jejích počátcích. Nejprve se čtenář seznamuje s konstrukčním členěním loutek, poté s historickými souvislostmi loutkového divadla a následně s vlivem komických postav jiných zemí. Kapitola o Kašpárkovi se zabývá charakterem, podobou a výskytem této komické postavy v loutkových hrách, což srovnává i s dnešní situací. Práce se opírá o dochované prameny a literaturu, texty loutkových her a podobu artefaktů.

Abstract:

The work deals with the character of Kašpárek in the Czech puppet theatre, that is to say first and foremost at the beginning of the use of it. First the reader gets acquainted with constructional segmentation of puppets, then with historical continuity of the puppet theatre, and in the end with the influence of comic characters from other countries. The chapter on Kašpárek deals with feature, shape, and occurrence of this comic character in puppet plays, which is compared with present situation. The work draws on preserved source and literature, scripts of puppet plays, and shapes of artifacts.
