Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl přehodnotit test efektivní a celkové kontroly v případu genocidy ve Srebrenici. Nejprve jsou představeny oba standardy kontroly, test efektivní kontroly je definován na případu Nikaragua v. USA a test celkové kontroly na případu Tadić. This thesis aims to reconsider the test of effective control and overall control in the case of genocide in Srebrenica. First of all, both standards of control are present; the test of effective control is defined on the case of Nicaragua v. USA and the test of overall control on the case of Tadić.
