Předmětem této diplomové práce „Rozhodnutí o formě podnikání české právnické osoby na Slovensku“ je rozebrání dvou základních forem podnikání na Slovensku. The goal of this thesis „Decision about business form of Czech legal entity in Slovakia“ is to analyze two basic forms of business in Slovakia. In the theoretical part, these two basic forms of entrepreneurship are defined by law, and the accounting and tax aspects of both these forms are analyzed here.
