The alliens and refugees questions and their stay in Detention Centres for Aliens

Abstract:

Účelem této práce je představit oblast migrace z hlediska legální i nelegální pozice, z pohledu obecného ale i profesního, který má poukázat na pozitivní, ale zejména na negativní důsledky, které s sebou tento jev přináší. Má také nezasvěcenému čtenáři objasnit strukturu a činnost středisek a zařízení, která jsou využívána k přechodnému řešení problémů migrujících osob, s poukazem na různá úskalí v souvislosti s jejich využitím, která vycházejí z mých praktických zkušeností. Posledním okruhem, o kterém práce pojednává, je šetření v průběhu azylového řízení, kterým má být čtenáři představena jeho složitost a odpovědnost v rozhodování o udělení mezinárodní ochrany. Práce je podložena celou řadou případových studií z mé praktické činnosti. Má, jak je již výše uvedeno, nastínit čtenáři pokud možno ucelený obraz o migraci, jejich důvodech, důsledcích a řešení.

Abstract:

The purpose of this work is to present the sphere of migration in terms of legal and illegal position, in terms of general but also professional position. This work is to show positive and negative consequenses that have being brought by the migration. It should make clear to an uninitiated reader the structure and activity of centres and alien detention centres which are used for solving of migratory persons problems. It refers to different difficulties in connection with their utilization that result from my own practical experience. The last range which is treated in this work is an investigation during the asylum proceedings. Its complication and responsibility in a decision taking procedure on a granting of the international protection are presented to the public. The work is supported with quite a number of case studies of my practical working. As it is mentioned above this work sketches to a reader a compact image about migration preferably , its reasons, consequences and solutions.
